Courses are OK, but nothing earth shattering. Content is light as new courses seem to be few and far between. Please, more content and more varied courses would go a long way.

Initially, It was a good experience, but after they convinced me to buy a “life membership” it went from bad to worse. All the course materials that were available and included initially by default now are charged extra. Lectures used to be live but now they are prerecorded. But the main issue is that people they convinced into buying a “life membership“ now get some sort of overview of the course instead of a real course, and we have to pay for course materials again despite their promises that “life membership” means all materials are included. Scam is the right word to describe this.

Shaw Academy has been a great companion in my learning journey for a fortyish like me. Lessons are updated and relevant. Thank you Shaw Academy!

Great lesson, just wish there was more interaction between the professor and student. Sometimes, it feels a little bit one-sided because I can't get the help I need at the time I need it. For example, I have been stuck for two weeks trying to learn JavaScript...trying to understand what I am doing wrong??? The Help desk has been helpful, but I'm still struck...I WILL COMPLETE THIS DEGREE!!!! HAPPY TO BE HERE

Suggestion: Please get us available a book reading course, or a certificate course to be a professional librarian.

Hi so my account has been deactivated and I am being redirected to sign up with Upskillist. Why do I have to pay for courses that I had done already. Even if I upgrade to Upskillist why don't I have access to my previous courses especially as I wanted to go through them and then get my certification.

This would mean that I have to restart the courses. I believe it is also unfair that we have to give our credit card information at once. I have heard too much horror stories with money being taken out before time etc and even had that situation happen to me on one occasion.

I prefer to have my courses back so I can just go through again and then pay for the certification rather than start all over. This is especially for the two main courses : Crystal Healing Therapy and Baking and Cooking.

I wanted to learn sound engineering but the second module of the course is music composition. I understand that a sound engineer has to know about sound and music but composing music is not a prerequisite to be able to record music.

I some times get really sick so I can't keep up with the assignments at other schools. Here, I can take my time to understand the lessons, and reschedule classes. The free try again on the quiz and exams are great as well!

I would highly recommend Shaw Academy to my friends, family and co-workers!

Fraud! Every single service on this earth sends you an email before taking money off of you or before renewal except for this scam Academy. They just deduct money from your account without any prior warning. They tell you its all in the policies but all respectful genuine service providers anywhere would always send you an email reminding you of any renewals and giving you the chance to cancel if you want.. NOT shaw academy cause they are a fraud

Don’t trust this company. I subscribed to the courses and paid lifetime fee, however I was so much disappointed about the service and how the courses are developed. Every second the advertisement pops up and courses are so much outdated. I tried to cancel my subscription but there is no even cancel button. I tried to reach out the customer service they couldn’t help me to issue my refund and cancel it. I would never experience it. It is a fraud.

All I have to say is view here. They got such bad reviews they had to set up another Trust Piolet account. Now they pay for their positive reviews. You will notice a certain pattern with the positive reviews here if you pay attention. Scam of a company that is not interested in helping out. I have already emailed them like they said, and they were rude and not helpful.
